UPDATED: Modeling Assignment 3 - Error Report!

EDIT:  You will be able to see in the new post tomorrow that there were still some geometry issues I needed to work out in the beard (also in the nostrils, but you can't see those from here).  It turns out, THAT's what was causing the errors!  I found where stuff wasn't stitched together properly, some planes were intersecting where they shouldn't have been.  As soon as those issues were resolved, this puppy went off like a dream.

I was unable to complete the animation component of the assignment due to some funky Maya voodoo.  I opened up the project in which I had made the expressions and found the following version of the default expression:


Please... Kill me...

The texture data has exploded all over the mesh, as well as a bunch of random "crease" values.  The expressions are no where to be found.  The mesh is still intact (luckily), but if I try to reapply the textures, they sprawl all over the face.

At least I still have this improved version of the character...  Welp, see ya later!
